Should have known better... when an order starts off difficult
Started with the order - the house number and postcode did not exist (? this is a company and factory location) so had to call in the order. Order taken (fine) but did not say that the inventory was not available (bad). Received email to pay (did not include an order summary so had to assume the order was correct - bad). Did not hear anything else for a day or so... called to be told not all items available. Would send what was in stock... The 1st order sent by NL.Post which tried to delivery in the evening 2x (we are of course closed after 17:30) and the 3rd time there was someone here. The second shipment the same. I called headset.nl who put in a complaint at Post.nl who then delivered during the day. All in all - the order took more than a week and lot's of effort and phone calls. The items were what we ordered and work.
