Easy process and very helpful
The process was so easy from start to finish. Once the first call was done an councilor was booked in within a time frame I was able to fulfil.

Advice available straight away via the phone, and follow on 1-2-1 councilling sessions arranged shortly afterwards.

Absolutely horrendous experience
Absolutely horrendous experience. OH report took 10 weeks to come through and then when received didnt answer any questions when asked for clarification told they didnt have a Service Level Agreement with the physician and the report would have to be redone. Very experience and of no little value. The referreal did not help our employee at all.

Supportive and thoughtful counsellor and a great experience
I was referred to HA Wisdom Wellbeing through my workplace and I had a great experience with Donna Whitbread. She is a very understanding and thoughtful counsellor who takes the time to learn and understand you as a client, and work through specific issues. I felt very comfortable and supported speaking with her, and she really helped me to work through some challenging work-related issues and set stronger boundaries at work.

Health Assured
I was connected very quickly and spoke to the counsellor. She was very supportive and informative. I rang at the time of great distress and I was able to calm down my feelings through talking to her. The peace came back to me. The counsellor reassured me that I could speak to her again in the future if needed. I was very grateful for her help and for the opportunity to use the service again if the need arises.
