But there is a big BUT... The system is not user friendly in any way.
How is it that in our days and times it takes hours if not days, and only with the technician's support to understand how to use the system??!!
Something is very wrong here. Is it right that users really need to spend hours to submit their invoices?
Its enough to read the reviews here to understand the shortcomings of Healthcode's payment system which clearly has not been improved.
Its not enough to tell the reviewers that their feedback is appreciate. Its about time you act on it!

Good people, but this organisation needs to improve
This review is for the person I dealt with, NOT for Healthcode in general - the platform continues to have problems and many features don't work as they should. However, today I was assisted by Amrit who provided excellent customer service. I am not a happy customer at the moment, but she listened carefully to my complaints (there are several ongoing issues!) and did what she could to assist. She also called me back as promised, and though I am still not happy with the system in general, she was able to provide good information which will hopefully improve our billing accuracy.

I offer a one star
I offer a one star, as there is not the option of a zero star. I am an administrator and I have tried to submit invoices and it has been a nightmare. There is the offer of an instruction video. It is an hour long (not the hallmark of an easy process), in addition it needs to be booked. It is only available on weekdays when neither the therapist nor I would have the time. I am so fed up that I am seriously considering to suggest to the therapist not to accept clients anymore with an insurance which requires billing via Healthcode.
Oh and about the reply from Healthcode on this site: Guess what, I did contact you prior to posting here, and so did the therapist. We gave you contact details and we are still waiting for a reply.
