Not happy with the coach assigned
Not happy with the coach assigned. Non even once did she review the meal I was taking every day and updating on the app. Not even once did she checked the meals taken vis-a-vis schedule and changes if any required. Most of the time she would say that weight reduction is a slow process and will take time (probably wanting me to extend the subscription). Three months time is enough time to for good results. In my previous experience i was able to reduce my weight by more than 5 kgs in three months time. Though when the period of subscription was about to end, looks like she suddenly woke up and was more active.
