My agent was Crystal Coble. She was the most helpful agent I have ever spoken with. Kind, personable, courteous & the most patient agent I've ever spoken with as I'm an insurance dummy. She knows her stuff & related to me with excellence. She's a keeper. 🥰

This makes me think that this is some kind of fraud because they call 5-6 times a day always at a different phone number each time.
It's possible it's legit, but they have fraudulent telephone practices.

Expected situation and your reps from the first one who answered the phone until I got the second one with who I was referred and he finished everything he heard everything that I had to say that's the account of customer service I like

I was impressed the lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and informative thanks to her explaining everything I now understand how Medicare and Medicaid works thanks a million

The Customer Service rep was very understanding and compassionate and helped me switch to a new health plan for my present situation. She was awesome!

The help he give me he was polite explaining the benefits I would recommend it all who needs help with medicare

Tony Cain is very knowledgeable and asked probing questions as to what was important to me for the upcoming year. I called him on Sunday 12/4/2022 left a message and he called me back! I look forward to talking again to in the next enrollment period to see what's new. My wife will be contacting Tony in January.

The licensed agent was a soft sell and was very accommodating to my needs.

Scam alert!
I have blocked over 50 calls from this scam and still get calls almost every day. Beware it’s a total scam.
What part of DO NOT CALL ME do they not understand?
I feel sorry for the people who fall for this scam.
I’m sick of it.
I have sent scam alerts to everyone I know over 65..their target victims
Block them all. They do not follow the do not call registry..

Representative was very knowledgeable, understanding and polite.

The Do Not Call Law violating scam robo sales criminals have been calling here for years in violation of the Law and our demands to stop these totally unwanted and NEVER requested ( one of their lies ) Medicare ad on illegal sales calls .

She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She also was very patient with me while I found accurate information. She also took time to explain my questions and services I was eligible for.

Health IQ Maria was very helpful she knew the information she went above and beyond to help me get my primary care doctor and I'm very thankful to your company if I have any problems she gave me a direct number so she can help with that also.

I had to call 3X for my husband.because the first 2x I could not understand them. I ONLY SPEAK ENGLISH! Finally the 3rd caller was someone who spoke very clearly.

Everything was explained to me in terms I can understand. Not understanding alot about medicare and supplemental insurance, that was big for me. She laid out step by step comparison to my current insurance and saved me alot of money in addition to extra benefits

I have received 11 calls in the last four days. I have repeatedly said I'm not interested, yet they refuse to do take no for answer.

I work overseas. I am of retirement age, but I don’t/can’t use Medicare services since it only applies to US residence.
I have asked Health IQ to stop calling me since the time difference is 12 hours. I leave my phone on for emergency purposes during the night. Their calls are reaching me in the middle of the night.
I have repeatedly asked to be taken off the all list. After many unsuccessful attempts , have started blocking their numbers. More than a dozen blocked so far but they use different numbers to call to get around that attempt.
When I return to the US, I can assure you that I will never deal with this company. They are the most inconsiderate people I have spoken with and I hope there is a regulatory agency working to stop them from harassing others in the same way.
