This company calls me every day, sometimes more than once a day, with a sales call trying to sell me a Medicare plan. I am on the do not call list; I told them to stop calling me several times, I already have a Medicare plan, but they keep calling me even after I told them to stop. Their call center in the Philippines is the one that calls me from 689-201-8574. They are very rude, hanging up on me when I ask to speak to a supervisor. I just want them to stop calling me.

My agent was Michael, and he was an absolute God send! Every concern and question I had, he dug and came up with an answer. He was patient and caring and could not have hoped for any more.

Experience was good and explain done not a long time taking .

Jasmine was very helpful and explained things when I had a question. She answered answered all my concerns. I would recommend her to my friends.

Health is beneficial and allows ease of information access to health related shopping. Conformity allows flowing medical networking.

This company has aggravated the he-- out of me by calling me a zillion times a day, every day, since the Medicare enrollment period began. Now, they are also texting me. I would not buy an insurance policy over the phone!!!! Do they not realize the elderly are called constantly by scammers and we have learned to be distrustful of anyone we don't know calling us, trying to sell us something. Get real, Health IQ.

I worked for this company October 10 to October 25th I haven’t received my paycheck yet I have been blocked my company email delete I keep sending emails to Hr then finally get username and password and it won’t allow me to put my hours in I’m devastated behind this my name is Tasha Hudson 513-225-3163

Matthew Atteberry is very intelligent speaker. He is easy to understand and relate to. I did not have to ask but one specific question. He is knowledgeable and answered my only question with confidence. He made me feel better about my future medical needs. W tok care of business and we 😅 laughed. He is a true keeper!! Thank you health IQ with New Mexico and MATTHEW. Matthew if we lived in the same state I would babysit ( for free) for you so you could take your lady out. You deserve an evening out on me. I was sure I was going to stay with my current carrier but Deborah patiently listened to what was important to me and found me a better deal with the AI. She was a little bit country and talked my language and I recommended her to my friend that is just turning 65.

She was very informative answered all my questions and explained everything in detail so that I understood

Most of the reviews about this company look like they were written by a robot, which exactly matches my experience of the company.

In speaking with Everett Burnett @trust pilot I felt very comfortable with how he presented everything to me. I wanted to listen to him and knew with everything he said that it was truthful and going to help me in so many ways. I am so happy that I listened and he listened to me and we were able to possibly change how I will be living from month to month now that he has put me on the Humana honor plan. I feel so blessed and grateful that I picked up this call on my phone even though I didn’t recognize the number. thank you so much!
