I must say that having worked at Health Primary for 9 months as an HR Assistant, I found that role was much more challenging and intense than I was expecting. I was fine with the level of support I was given, but the pay was not enough due to the volume of work expected of me daily.
Very disappointing experience. The role and day-to-day responsibilities were significantly different from what was presented during the interview and job description. I was also left without wages owed to me despite completing the work required. Communication from management regarding pay and other important employment matters was extremely poor, and I found the working environment unsupportive and at times patronising.
