Minimal packaging
Minimal packaging, no dose rate or safety information with vitamins. The information is largely on their web page, but difficult and cludgy to print out - very unprofesional - will buy D3K2 elsewhere in future. Does no one at Healthspan think these things through?

I have several subscriptions set up with Healthspan. I have been with them for many years since my doctor recommended them for glucosamine and chondroitin. Always on time and easy to amend. Cannot fault the quality.

Great products that are affordable and cover a wide range of deficiencies. The delivery service is prompt and i haven’t had any issues as it is usually delivered by Royal Mail. I’ve been with Healthspan for years and recommend them to friends and family.

Non existent data protection officer, customer care are a let down and they have a terrible system algorithm
Updated Review 25/06/2026: After still getting many marketing emails and nothing back from their Data Protection Officer whatsoever nor customer care, I decided to phone their customer care department instead!
I got through to them and told the lady who answered about my situation and she asked for my postal address to locate my account. I explained I didn't have an account and that's the problem! I had signed up for a discount voucher and decided not to buy from them and so I didn't want their marketing emails but I couldn't unsubscribe because their annoying computer system algorithm kept asking for my account login that I don't have etc etc...!
The lady I spoke to got quite snarky saying "you must have an account because why would you be getting marketing emails" I gave her my postal address as requested and unsurprisingly to me she couldn't find an account but she did find my email address and said she has now deleted my email address! I got no apology though! They don't live up to the name 'care' in their department, it should truthfully be 'uncaring'!
Therefore, they still earn only one star from me!! Very poor in every way and I won't even consider buying from them and certainly will not recommend them!
Previous Review 15/06/2026: Healthspan are breaking UK data protection and GDPR rules! Very unprofessional!
I signed up to newsletter/marketing emails for a discount but they didn't stock what I needed, so I decided I don't want to buy from them and therefore I tried to unsubscribe from them but they don't make it easy!
Apparently you have to log into your account to do this, I do not have one and do not want one!
I sent customer services an emailed asking them to remove my data but I didn't receive an acknowledgement nor an email reply.
I have tried to unsubscribed via Gmail as well but they still keep getting through.
Be careful if signing up for discount codes from them!
I emailed their Data Protection Officer, but heard nothing!!

I have been getting supplements from…Healthspan for years
I have been getting supplements from Healthspan for years and had , until today three subscriptions. I phoned to report that supplements Hair and Nails looked strange , The tablets in the pack had a sort of coating appearing on them. I have many health allergies and thought these would be replaced without question. I was told that this happens to some packs
and were safe. I told the operative I couldn't risk this but he was no help whatsoever so I have now cancelled all my subscriptions, Really dreadful service to a loyal customer .
