Postage charge annoying
Iv been using these products for 5 years now. Very happy. The postage now has to be paid which is annoying .

Nothing much wrong, but.....
Nothing much wrong, but having been a pharmacist until I retired I have always used supplements etc. when necessary or desirable. The problem is that these products often work only for a limited time, as the body either "gets used to them" or the effect is that of a placebo. Many supplements are just not needed, or the doses needed would be so high as to be toxic, and whilst a few are essential, especially with poor diets, most are not. My wife and I take Turmeric, and find it helpful, but just like any anti-inflammatory or painkiller you need a break to allow the body to return to the "status quo". At least Turmeric isn't addictive, as many painkillers are. Big issue is the price, but because regulations aren't as strict as conventional medicines a person has no means of determining the quality (or indeed the amount of active ingredient) of cheaper products. In that respect I believe Healthspan to be trustworthy, but still overly expensive.

Superb Customer Service
My Mum went into hospital and isn’t expected to come out. She had subscriptions for Vitamins (which she swore by, and is now 92).
I cancelled the subscriptions quickly and easily with Nadine, who was efficient, friendly and considerate.
