Do NOT order from this website! The process doesn’t support their claims. Upon ordering from them I was suspicious and immediately tried to cancel my order. I could not do so until my order was no longer marked pending and was supposedly in transit. Then I was told that I couldn’t cancel the order because it was being shipped. When I called them to cancel they said it wasn’t possible because the order had been shipped.
Insult to injury was that there was no reasoning. Avoid this site at all costs. They said I couldn’t cancel return the package but the shipping costs were so outrageous that it wasn’t worth my money or effort.
REPEAT…AVOID THIS SITE!,

My first mistake was not realizing that I ordered 3 router boosters instead of the one that I needed. I couldn't get the one to work after several days of trying so I inquired how to return all three. I receive an email telling me that the return process is very expensive and that they will give me 20% of my money back (I spent $150.). When I reply that I would return them for a full refund they came back with 30%. My second mistake was not wanting the hassle so I just accepted the 30%. Make sure you are aware of the return policy before you buy anything from this company!!

i would actually give this company a zero.First I accidentally ordered 4 bright light machines because of a very misleading website... it looked as if the times four was the magnification of the light rather than times four units. Then the items came and they were astonishingly cheap. Garbage. Trying to return the product was a fiasco from start to finish. Couldn't get through to representatives, couldn't get anyone to give me the information I needed, basically just a disaster.

I can tell from the 5 star reviews that they must be fake, since none of them talks about how it works, only about customer reviews and shipping. I bought mine trough a Norwegian company, hence I believed they was located locally. It took 3 weeks to receive it, and now, after using it dayly for 1 week, I feel no relief for my neuropathy. Maybe the technology is suppose to work in theory, but so far this product is not working for me. Seems to be another Chinese sca product.

I bought two of HealthSpark Portable Vacuum (#PRE1102647-1) on 10/24/2024. When they arrived, they had virtually NO suction power! I tried to contact them (at 424-250-4182) but never received a call back.

The incorrect and incompatible Wi-Fi extender was sent. When ordering it appears you are ordering from a different company that fulfills> i have requested a full refund and they are refusing indicating a restocking fee and shipping fee will be deducted from any refund.
Several attempts have been unsuccessful.

I bought an EMS foot Massager which stopped working within a month. Reading another review AFTER mine stopped working, It is almost identical to my problem except I am not going to pursue trying to make a return. Just treating it as a scam and telling others not to order from this company! And the cost which I agreed to went up by $35. more than it was listed at. No phone number to make a contact and speak with anyone.

I bought a hydrogen water bottle they charged me for 100$and they took the money and I never received the bottle they are thiefs

Purchased a Ryoki ems foot massager which stopped working before one month, they sent a replacement which also stopped working before the month, called them back requested a refund and they refused to provide it. Company sell extremely bad quality products. Dont buy anything from them, they are scammers.

This company should not be in business. They sell bad products and offer poor customer service. When it comes to returns they beat around the bush and tell you it is really expensive to return despite what their return policy says. These people should be ashamed of themselves.

BUYERS BEWARD. The portable vaccuum I recieved is NOT a quality $80.00 product, which is what I paid. Then to return it was also not easy. It did not hold a charge long enough to vacuum one side of the car floor, the connections did not stay attached or fit properly and it was basically a cheap, unuseable product. Getting ahold of customer service also not easy and the person that finally answered was rude. I emailed them and they said they had to review it and it would take 3 days. I used this product once and realized I made a big mistake. I will not buy anything else from this site.

Very fast delivery, packaging good and information leaflet inside
very good; Pity one cannot choose language for ordering if one does not speak Dutch.

The product I purchased was the best price I could find anywhere on the net. And the 10% discount for orders > £50 made the product an even better buy than ever. Delivery was very swift but slightly strangely the order was sent in 3 separate packages.

I'm waiting for the delivery of my order from 22.09.
I have written about this 2 days ago and no answer.
In the past the service was allways ok

I order about once a month without any problem. Normally the delivery is within 10 days. Because I order from the mainland there is some fluctuation in the currency GBP end EUR. Once there was no stock available but Healthspark notified me. The offered me a choice: wait or refund. I decided to wait and within 3 weeks everything was delivered.
