Other than that I cannot comment Hopefully I will never have to claim but if I did then I trust they would be equally as efficient.

Couldn’t have been better
Hadn’t heard of this company before and worried I may regret going for one of the cheaper options rather than a well known brand. Our cat got extremely sick and had to undergo various tests and scans and had lots of treatment and amazingly recovered after being on deaths door. Healthy Pets were amazing. All claims were made quickly and without any push back. Really pleasantly surprised and gave us one less thing to worry about during a very stressful time. Thank you!

Renewal was easy however i had to cancel my original policy to start a new one because of the rediculous renewal cost of my original policy
Crazy that loyalty is nor rewared chasing new customers.

Our renewal premiums reflect the ongoing care your pet has received, including any signs or symptoms noted in their clinical history, as well as their age and the rising cost of veterinary treatment — which has increased significantly over the past year. These factors help us ensure your pet continues to be covered without any gaps, especially for conditions that may have developed during their time with us.
That said, we’re always happy to explore your options. If you’d like, we can provide a quote for a new policy, which includes a 20% introductory discount. Just keep in mind that new policies come with waiting periods and won’t cover any pre-existing conditions — even if no treatment has been needed yet. Please check that your pet has no signs or symptoms that you may need to claim for in the future before breaking cover to take a cheaper new business policy with the discount.

Healthy Pets were very sympathetic when I had to have my much loved cat put down. They were upfront from the outset about what they could and couldn't cover, and my claim was settled as quickly as possible with the minimum of delays.
