Wouldn't recommend
I finished my laser removal treatment at Healux a little under a year ago. The staff was polite and the ambience is cozy. However, I got 10 treatments totalt, and even though I'm aware that laser treatment doesn't necessarily remove all hairs permanently, I'm not really satisfied with the result.. Especially considering the prices, which are already quite expensive compared to other laser removal places. Furthermore I feel like some of the staff was a little bit ''sloppy'' and not as though as one would wish. I've just begun another laser removal treatment at another place, which is much cheaper and include satisfaction guarantee.

We are very sorry that your experience with Healux Klinikken has not lived up to your expectations. We have tried to find you in our Client system via your name, but unfortunately cannot find you, so perhaps you are under a different name? However, it would be really nice if you would contact us and come in for a free check-up, where we can look at your hair, one year after the treatment has been completed. Regarding permanent hair removal as we inform you about during the preliminary consultation and on our website, it is important to know that via Laser you can only remove the hair (approx. 85 - 90%) that you have in the area at the time you are treated, We can therefore not remove hair that may appear 6 months or 5 years after the treatment, and as our body is a living oranisem, new hairs will come duing a lifetime. this is the reason why with laser treatments you always have to expect what we call maintenance treatments. It is very individual based on age and genetics how often you have to count on maintenance treatments, for some it is initially 1 - 2 times a year, for others several years may pass between them. We work hard for and of course want all our customers to be happy with the result they got. We very much hope to hear from you so that we can look at your hair and find a good solution. I have had various treatments at Healux over the last couple of years and have always been treated with kindness and compassion. I feel they are genuinely interested in me as a person. The treatments have made feel and look much more vibrant and youthful.
