Excellent customer service from Meredith after hours

I erroneously submitted an order for two of the same product when I meant to only order one and another item. I sent an email to your customer service department explaining the error and asking if possible to modify the order to delete the extra product and replace with the one I meant to add. Meredith responded within minutes to inform me that she modified the order! I did this after hours for a phone call to your customer service department, which would have required me to call the next day and take time from my workday. Not having to do so and being able to have my issue resolved quickly and accurately is so appreciated...kudos to Meredith for her superior customer service! :)

The site was easy to find

The site was easy to find, but I had trouble finding the item I was looking for. If I didn’t have the product number from the catalog I received in the mail I don’t think I would have found it. As it turned out, the product I ordered was on sale and I ordered two 😀
