What helped was signing up for your Value Club Membership ($19.99) with FREE $10.00 Heartland Rewards and a Discount of 20% off all orders. There are different levels of membership (not required, but is an option to save on orders). The membership(s) chosen are good for 12 months. Also, all orders of $75 or over receives an additional $10.00 discount. It saved me a lot of money as my total order was $321.25 (with $2.99 Assurance Fee, like Insurance). My subtotal was $331.25 minus $10.00 for orders over $75.00 = $321.25. There was NO Shipping Fee nor a Processing Fee, just a Sales Tax of $22.90 included with the total. I used my PayPal account to pay for my order. My whole order arrived within 7 days. I had placed my order on October 16, 2024, and it arrived on October 22, 2024. Heartland America is located at Chaska, Minnesota. They really work hard and fast for their customers. Thank You Very Kindly.

Customer service was awesome!!! Without prompting on my part was able to save some extra money on my purchase that I would have missed if they hadn’t sent me an email. That NEVER happens. Will absolutely shop with them again.

I have not received my order yet, so it's really not possible to rate the purchase! However, IF the flannel lined jeans fit okay, they will be a warm welcome to my winter wardrobe. The website was easy to navigate and I'd come back for additional items to see if they offered them.

App ease of use needs to be easier to use when checking out.
