Ordered a top almost 2 weeks ago and heard nothing. Only after chasing was I told the order had been cancelled the day after purchase — with no notification at all. This complete lack of communication left me without a Christmas gift at short notice. Extremely disappointing service. Would not recommend.
Purchased four Hearts Goalkeeper shirts which arrived without the sponsor despite being pictured on the official club shop with sponsor. Tried several times to phone Hearts football club with great difficulty. Managed to get a refund without return postage despite being told this would be refunded. To be honest Iooking at the reviews Hearts don’t seem to care much for their customers.
Bought their lovely third kit and it arrived after a couple of days.
Went into club shop today had a look around then decided to buy a few items . Got served from a young lad with the letters cs on his top . I asked him if the only sizes were the ones out and he said yes I then replied to him by saying well it shows you have the sizes am looking for online his reply oh well . He then put the things I had lifted through and told me the total then I said to him can you look to see if you have the size in different items for me with his face tripping him he ask on of the other boys who told him to check stock on the till he then said there’s 4 left and got told to go through the back to get 1 . He came back and with disgust chucked down the item I then said to him it wasent just that I wanted so he had to go back through to get another item he then put everything through didn’t even ask if there was anything else or if I wanted a bag for my stuff terrible customer service to say the least .
Purchase from online club shop is NOT recommended
1. They amended the terms and condition after my payment and refuse to delivery
2. The assistant head of retail, Stephen Yxxxx, have a bad attitude and never admit their fault
3. All your feedback will be ignored, they never think about customers view
