Had a Worcester Bosch 8000+ fitted by Heat for Homes. David was helpful throughout, quick to respond, and gave clear advice on options (including boosting our water flow). The installer, Connor, did a great job - clean, professional, and got everything running smoothly. First proper warm shower in weeks - worth it. Would recommend.

Their installer turned up on time, removed and disposed of old boiler. He explained an unforeseen difficulty in fixing new boiler to a different location on a plasterboard wall. Nonetheless he found a solution. He gave a clear explanation of the controls and tidied up the area. Communication with Dave before and after installation was both clear and timely . I would recommend this firm.

I called for a new boiler quote. Got the quote from David. Got it fixed the next day. Everything was made so easy for me. From start to finish, it was amazing service. Thank you David

Tom surveyed our kitchen, recommended the extra work necessary to replace our knackered old boiler and install a shiny new one, and returned the next week to fit it and the thermostat, thoroughly professional throughout, and even put up with us and our dogs! In addition, Dave was always available to discuss appointments and payments, at a much more reasonable price than certain other well known energy companies were quoting. Very pleased.

Had my Worcester boiler installed by heating for homes . It was a very smooth experience. They came early morning replaced the boiler in no time, took the old out away with all the other packaging and made sure everything was near and clean before they left.
The staff was very friendly and explained me everything I needed to know about the boiler and the booklet for the warranty.
I would highly recommend them if you need a boiler installed in the area

He was the most honest tradesman I have ever dealt with ,he listened to my problem and gave me a positive advice that was in my favour, due to experience I have had with numerous traders he is exceptional

I was sure my water pump was broken, as I had a blockage in my shower but my sink was fine , David suggested to clean the pipes, on the possibility on saving the cost of buying the water pump, he was right,there was a clog built of of hair .

I have been so impressed with Dave and the team from Heat for Homes. We pre booked a boiler survey as ours had been leaking for some time. They came out when they said and advised on the necessary boiler and that our existing pipe work would need updating. They fit in the boiler replacement for 2 days later which I thought was really impressive. They needed to lift exposed Victorian floorboards to fit the pipe work which they did and put back very carefully, you can hardly see that they’ve been lifted at all. There was a slight fault due to software with the boiler which required Bosch to come and fix, Dave managed this process and kept us up to date over a weekend which again was brilliant customer service. In addition, they fixed a tap which hadn’t worked properly for some years. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Truly painless experience. Great communication, fast response and doing exactly what was promised and when it was promised. Very happy with the speed of the service and quality of work. Nice people too! I will definitely use them again next time.

A breath of fresh air! The engineers were punctual, courteous and hard working throughout the boiler installation. Completed in 2 days -standard to combi boiler installation. Quality of work excellent!.

Tom attended within two hours to diagnose the problem with our elderly boiler.
A new boiler was recommended and installed a couple of days later, again by Tom. He was a clean and tidy worker and the additional pipe work he put in was neatly done.
Since installation I have called twice with a query but each time the promised call back has not been received.

Did a great job. Very near and tidy, did a few extra bits too. Very happy!

Thank you to David And Tom for promptly and efficiently providing a well priced quote for a system boiler and subsequently following up with an installation in a matter of days. Very impressive customer service especially considering that the ‘big name provider’ was quoting almost 50% more for the same boiler and a waiting time for over a month. Highly recommended.
