Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 35 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people were dissatisfied with the service, finding it absolutely awful and unprofessional, and they encountered issues with the staff, who were often described as rude, abrupt, and unhelpful. Customers also frequently reported problems with contacting the company, experiencing unresponsiveness via phone and email. Reviewers also noted that the company's location was problematic, as they often had no stand at the airport and operated in car parks, which customers perceived as an unauthorized practice. Furthermore, many found the pricing dishonest, as the initial fee did not include additional mandatory airport parking charges, leading to unexpected costs.

Very poor service and unclear…

Very poor service and unclear communication throughout. We were told to call 30 minutes before arrival, but it was not mentioned that the company does not open until 04:00. It was also not made clear that there is an additional charge to enter the car park on top of the payment already made. They instruct you to call when you reach baggage collection, but fail to inform you that you then have to wait up to an hour for your car to arrive. Overall, the lack of transparency made the experience frustrating and disappointing.

Still lost our keys from October 2025…

Still lost our keys from October last year - I think they hope we’ll forget but we won’t. They are a dodgy outfit, also trading under Rose Parking, google their number and you’ll see. Report them to the advertising standards agency for impersonating Heathrow, and also trading standards. We also have a CCJ against them after they used AI to reply and basically admitted liability (stupid) so we will continue to pursue them as these people are dirty criminals.

Avoid This Service – Terrible & Unaccountable

Do not use! We rented once, found severe front-end damage on collection at Feb 22 2026. Sent video immediately; they promised to act but did nothing for a month. Repeated calls only get “we’ll call next week” – no follow-up. No insurance for on-site incidents; issue remains unresolved.

NEVER use this company

NEVER use this company. They are awful and do not do what they say they will do. We did what they asked us to do which was to call them half and hour before we got to Heathrow. They then took an hour and a half to get there meaning we almost missed our flight and we had to apy the extra parking charge. When the driver arrived he said he did not work for the company he worked for an agency and he showed us his phone which stated that he had only been given the job 20 minutes before he arrived.
When we got back we did what they asked and rang them when we got our bags and they took one and quarter hours to get to us.
I will never use them again

Terrible service

Terrible service. I will never use again. I have witnessed several other customers also suffer with the same neglect. It took over 1 hour to get my car returned. Heathrow need to change this out.

Should be called delay and dump

I followed all instructions for drop off - even called them 40 mins before I was due to arrive. Waited 20 mins for someone to come and take the key - and that was after another 3 calls.

On return, I called them again as per instructions. They told me I’d have to wait 1 hour (flight was a little early but they had my flight details….)
Over 1 hour later - and again after several calls where I couldn’t follow what the rude guy was saying, I got a call from the ‘driver’ who told me to go to a lower level in the car park as level 4 was too busy…. Absolute rubbish… he never bothered to drive up there as I would have seen him (there were loads of spaces). It took me less than 3 mins to go downstairs… by which time the guy had disappeared. No instructions as to where the key was. I called 4 times … call wasn’t answered on 3 occasions… on 4th occasion, guy just kept telling me the car was there (I knew that, I was beside it)…. Finally found the keys on top of the tyre…. Really safe.

DO NOT USE. Wish I hadn’t.
Car was filthy on return and smelt of wee.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, EVER

I made a mistake by thinking this was an official Heathrow parking company, ITS NOT.
When i arrived at terminal 3 short stay car park there was nobody there to meet or greet LOL, Rang the contact number snd it was answered by one of the rudest people I've ever spoken to, finally the guy arrived to take my car away, again my fault didn't read small print, he then proceeded to tell me to pay for his ticket to exit??????? I had already paid over £100 absolute piss take.
When i arrived back in UK I rang the number and after many attempts to get through again the man with the worst telephone manner told me to ring back once I had my luggage, so I did only to be told they would not get to meet or greet me for another hour..WHAT THE HELL..When I asked why he said it was busy???? Then after waiting for an hour my car arrived absolutely covered in dirt, thr final joke was then I had to pay to exit......ABSOLUTE BUNCH OF RIP OFF MERCHANTS I WOULD SCORE MINUS BUT I CAN'T, PLEASE DO NOT USE EVER.

Arrive and wait and wait and wait

Arrive and wait and wait and wait. Then you have to pay their parking ticket for entering the car park and again when they finally turn up on your arrival. Use valet parking instead. We have asked the bank to refund the full amount paid and parking

Do not use this company

Terrible company service. On dropping off we waited a long time for the driver to collect our car, when he arrived he showed no ID and after he had left we realised he had no provided us with collection information.

On return, after 18 hours travelling, it took more than an hour for anyone to answer the phone. We wrre then told to expect to wait TWO HOURS for our car. Many other travellers in the same position, some with small children. Further phone calls later, car arrived almost 2.5 hours after our first contact with them (so 3.5 hours after arriving at LHR). Driver said there had been 'an incident' at their site - which we believe was police attendance. Relieved to be in car and away. Lesson learned - you get what you pay for. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They also trade as Rose Parking.

Driver stole money from my car

This review is for LHR meet and greet, also known as Executive Parking meet and greet owned by Premium Travel Ltd. This is NOT the official Heathrow meet and greet. The driver had a good rummage through my car and stole all the loose coins and notes. Didn’t even try and hide it. Left all my other bits and pieces on the passenger seat. Unacceptable.

heathrowmeetandgreet.co.uk reviews

Heathrow short stay parking fees when arriving at the terminal £7.50 and when leaving again £7.50.
Full of lies

Fake phone number on website 0203 8770 881 - dead line. Very scary feels like your vehicle has been stolen.

We had to wait for an hour at the collection point.
Also ended reporting to Police as they did not respond appropriately.

DO NOT USE!

DO NOT USE!

Avoid at any cost! They will cause you stress, waste your time and in the end you will pay more.

They seem competitively priced, but the catch is that the fee does not include Heathrow short stay parking fees when arriving at the terminal (£7.50) and when leaving (again £7.50). They ask you to call them 30min before arrival, which I did and still waited for 45min when arrived making me run for my flight. When I called them - they kept telling lies that the driver would be with me shortly.. and that was for 45min! Late pick up also meant higher parking fee (£11.50) which they said they would refund if I emailed them. I emailed them and had no response.

On arrival I had to wait for an hour after collecting my suitcase.

Terrible.

Dishonest pricing, poor service, and insecure parking

Very poor.
Website made me think they were a professional outfit. However, when I arrived I realised that, unlike most other providers, they have no-one waiting at the terminal. You have to ring 30 miunutes before arrival (can't do that as I'm driving obviousy!).
What they don't make clear when you order is that you have to pay extra to enter/exit the T5 short stay car park (additional £20 overall). When I rang up to call for the driver I was told this. I said I had already paid and was 'told off' by the rude guy on the phone that I should know this and why should his drivers have to pay!
When I looked on the map in my car app, my car had clearly been parked in an Esso car park for two days. Looking at their website - they actualy don't promise secure parking...
When I got my car back both seats had been adjusted so clearly they had used it to transfer other drivers back to wherever. They had also changed the radio settings. Not very 'professional' as per their website.
Dishonest pricing, poor service, and non-secure parking.
I would strongly recommend against using this company.
