Extremely disappointing – still no refund despite proof of return
I am extremely disappointed with this company. After returning my order, I provided a valid UPS drop-off receipt as proof, but the seller refused to take responsibility for the refund. Whatever happens between UPS and their internal logistics is not my problem — I did my part.
Instead of resolving the issue, I was told it was “unusual” that the tracking status hadn’t updated and was advised to contact my credit-card provider to get my money back. That felt like a slap in the face. It is not the customer’s duty to chase refunds or deal with courier issues once a verified return has been made.
I have been polite and patient long enough, but this experience has left me angry and frustrated. I will now be contacting every relevant consumer-protection authority in both the UK and Germany. A company should handle its internal processes responsibly — not leave the customer to clean up the mess.
