Ordered American sweets hamper on the 10th July it’s now the 18th and no sign of it. I’ve emailed three times and no one is replying. I don’t think this company is even real they have no instagram and the Facebook hasn’t been posted on since 2024?? Where is my order or my money back please

Out of date sweet boxsets
A friend purchased a Reeces gift box from Heavenly Sweets for my birthday. After tucking into one chocolate I thought my taste buds were off, so I left it a few days before eating another. Two bites in and I knew something was seriously wrong. Checking the dates I soon discovered they were up to 15 months out of date!
I was planning to order christmas sweet box sets from them for my family and friends, I'm definitely not now. To say I am disgusted is an understatement. Worse still is my friend feeling awful through now fault of her own.
I took photos should this review need evidence of being factual.
