Service fantastic.

Service fantastic.The first 3 days of our cruise on Lord of the Highlands was first class with Gourmet meals, enthusiastic staff and all extras including drinks and excursions . They even covered the cost of the café lunch in Iona. However on the Thursday after returning from Iona we learnt the ship had broken down so we had to leave on Friday morning. This was the time when the Company excelled arranging departures for all passengers and then covering our cost, without any quibble, for 2 nights stay in the Lake District on our way home to Wales. On top of all that we have a free cruise next year. Above and beyond!
