My son, living in France, ordered a bouquet of lilies for my birthday, no doubt at great expense.
They were delivered late afternoon. However when I came to put them in a vase I could see that at least 70% of the flowers were fully blown, and at the pollen dropping stage - there is no way these will last for a week! To add insult to injury, there was no flower feed supplied to add to the water. Not impressed.
Ordered flowers for my daughter-in-law's birthday. She lives only 2 miles away from this florist. Hedge Rose totally lost my order. Disappointing but if these had been flowers for a funeral or wedding then such negligence would have been shocking. Full credit given to me.
