Liked · Where to start. I’ve been to this hotel before. Never had any issues. All throughout the night I had screeching water pipes then the following day I’ve had two grown men knocking on my hotel door trying to come in due to maintenance on some plus. I was practically naked when they’ve knocked. Went to reception to ask to speak to a manager was told no one is available she shrugged her shoulders and took my room number 2 days has since passed and had no contact worth management so went to make another complaint who then a manager was available called joy who I thought resolved my issues with a refund even had confirmation email from then confirming my issues I had and the offer of the refund. Now they won’t answer my calls or emails as haven’t received my refund. So now having to leave several negative reviews everywhere to warn people about this hotel
