I've been a loyal customer to heibuy Hair for 2years now, firstly I ordered 22" peruvian hair with Linda, she delivered perfectly with no mistakes then second time I bought 32" peruvian with Linda which it was supposed to come with 20" closure but she delivered 32" bundles with 16" closure, I informed her she apologized and claimed that mistake was from factory and I understood what she told me, then I ordered 20" malaysian curls colour 1b and she delivered 18" with wrong colour and I informed her again and she apologized and offered to send 10" peruvian as token of apology then I thot maybe this person is reliable then I ordered again and again until on 12 of May when I ordered 10" with frontal closure until now she is been telling me stories now she ignores my watsup messages, it is so heart breaking for paying something you like with love then boom seller is nowhere to be found

I orderd hair from Carina heibuy on the 23 May 2020 til now i havent received my hair,shes telling me stories one after the other..i never experience this from Kara who was also on heibuy that one she deliver its just that i lost her contacts.
Poor service from Hebe and Linda
I ordered two different kinds of hair from Hebe and paid the full amount on the 4th of May 2020, still i haven't received my hair but i was promised a 3-5 days delivery, so when i text her she always Ignoring me so i decided to seek help from Linda that's when they told me that they don't have the other hair i ordered so i told them to deliver the one they have and refund for the other since Hebe wasn't honest with me at the first place because i first asked her if she had the hair and she said yes while fooling me around.but since today they are both ignoring me now.
Poor service delivery from Heibuy hair
On the 19th of December I ordered a 28 inch weave with closure from Heibuy hair (Linda). I was promised delivery on the. 25th of December. On the 27th I received a calling Aramex delivery guy who told me he was coming to deliver but never came. When I query with Aramex they told me that I the parcel was delivered back to the distributor on the 15th of January 2020 where it was signed for by Lebo. For what reason I don't know. They advised me to contact the seller who is still not responding to my Whatsapp messages. When I contacted other distributors whose number I found on their Facebook page I was egnore and told to contact Linda.
