They do not care about the environment - they are clearly not a sustainable company. Why use them when you can use a vendor that can prove the are sustainable?

Shows stock of 7000 RCM3900, Part # 20-101-1196, but they don't reply to RFQ, or validate if stock is real.

Great customer service. Good prices and a large variety of components available.
Highly recommend.

Bait and switch. Website said thousands of the processor chips I needed were in stock. You can add even 1 to your basket for checkout. Then it was a minimum of 64. So I paid, via Paypal, although they really wanted a direct bank deposit (glad I didn't do that!). When they got the money, suddenly it was a minimum of 256 chips, and I needed to send them thousands of more dollars. Ha Ha. I got my money back, but not the Paypal transaction fee. So I lost. Grifters.

Tried to scam me for 8x the MSRP of manufacturer. These guys hoard stocks during a chip shortage and try to sell them for insane prices.

Somewhat expensive but did exactly what they promised.

Not your farnell or mouser experience, expect some items "in stock" not to be in stock. But once shipped with DHL, my items arrived in about a week.

I am satisfied with Heisener company. They have good fair prices for the components.
