BEWARE - A SUSPICIOUS COMPANY WHO TAKE YOUR MONEY, FAIL TO DELIVER THE GOODS, AND REFUSE TO REPLY TO YOUR EMAILS!!!

I ordered some items and paid for the fastest 1-3 day service but when the order confirmation arrived they had taken my money for the fastest service and were sending it by the slowest 8-15 day service!

It is now 25 days later and I still have not received my order.

I have sent a total of 4 emails to complain at various stages but they have not replied to any of them.

When I got the bill for my credit card I was shocked to find that the payment had been taken by an Australian shoe shop, because helikontexoutdoor is an American company!
