Tool is let down by its support

Helium10 offers a great set of tools to build your Amazon and Wallmart business. However, if you run into problems and need assistance from their online chat support, you are in for a treat. It is worth nothing, zero, 0 stars. Even when you ask to be referred to a living person, it is a matter of hit-and-miss. Once a live person is allocated to your question, the person often is not really qualified. It takes a long time for a question to be answered, ranging from hours to days. I would not recommend Helium10 for this reason alone.

Signed up for their $270 package and…

Signed up for their $270 package and could not get a single person to reply to me or setup a call with me to teach me their system... but I did get a call from a guy wanting to sell me their enterprise version for a ton more money even though I had been trying to contact someone there for a month just o spend 5 minutes with me so I could ask some questions..

Absolutely awful business model. No idea what to do on it and no one to help me.

I purchased a subscription about six…

I purchased a subscription about six months ago for around 100 CAD, believing it would provide genuine data. However, after my long-term use, I have found that the data is unreliable and seems to be misleading.

I opened my Amazon account to start selling, and I sold 8 items totaling 240 CAD. However, when I logged into my account, it stated that my sales were 750 CAD, which I believe is completely false. I am considering filing a complaint against them, as they have provided false and inaccurate information.

Please don't waste your money

Inaccurate data for Australian market.

Type in "car accessories" into your Australian Amazon browser then hit X-ray key words and only 4 key words appear, compared to Amazon USA which produced over 200 key words, I wrote to Helium 10 to please explain, and they replied, the US market is much bigger. Not a good answer.

I am writing to seek clarification regarding conflicting sales data between Helium 10 and Amazon for ASIN: B0D9N6PGV7. According to Amazon, more than 600 units were sold in the past month at $59.99 each, which totals $39,994.00. However, Helium 10's X-ray product search indicates sales of only $5,000 per month.
Could you please help explain this discrepancy?

They answered by saying,

Very bad customer experience

Very bad customer experience. The support staff just disappear. Also I signed up for the Starter Plan because it says you can use the Scribbles tool. I had a 20% discount code that I was going to use for Platinium. However, since I realized I could use Scribbles on Starter, I paid for that plan instead. But when I tried to use it, it said I needed to upgrade to Platinum 🤨 and then, the 20% coupon for Platinum was not valid. The support staff were unable to resolve this quickly, and then started to ignore messages. Helium 10 is going downhill, and needs to get it's act together. It feels like a barren wasteland of tools, compared to 5 years ago when it felt innovative, with capable customer support that would solve problems rapidly (with a much better understanding of the tech). Now they have random Customer Support staff that are uneducated and lacking any techical or emotional intelligence to enact decisions by themselves (i.e quickly applying the 20% discount in order to solve the customer's issue). They cannot enact decisions by themselves, which is ridiculously slow and wastes mine and the companies resources (time, attention, money). The support agent called 'May' ignored me after multiple follow-up messages, and failed to offer any genuine support before completely disappearing.

Absolutely terrible customer service

Absolutely terrible customer service. I signed up for a tool from H10, and within an hour requested a refund as I realized that I needed a more expensive set of tools from them. The agent informed me that they no longer honor that guarantee. This is so short sided as they would have made more money from me, but now I'm an unhappy customer and will never purchase anything from them. Buy tools elsewhere, this is a money grab and deceptive business practice.

not trustworthy

This software is overrated.
Please use this software if you really don't care about your money. In a nutshell this software is not trust worthy. You can do your research out there are so many software's available now a days, which Idid not know, until I faced a issue unresolved for ages and it repeated again and again, I decided to leave helium for using it for 3 years.
