Absolutely Imperative

Helium 10 has been an absolute imperative throughout our Amazon journey. I cannot imagine running an e-com business without it. We use all of the major tools as well as adtomic for our PPC.

Freedom ticket is incredible as a knowledge bank for selling on Amazon as well.

Their follow up (product review automation) didn't work. They spent a whole week telling me they are fixing it but they haven't. Customer service is woeful different over seas agents each time who don't know what's going on.

Also it takes weeks to get up to speed on all the different tools so a lot of time wasting while you are actually paying!

Their policy is to trap you into the subscription by not allowing you to cancel immediately after the transaction customer service is a joke and send prolonged emails about how they care about the service being seamless and satisfactory while basically telling you that they have your money and they won’t refund it because of some policy that is not written anywhere. Very surprised by the experience that could only be compared to an online scam.

I'm an Amazon seller myself and Helium10 is the brand that's most often tossed around when it comes to seller-assistance software. I've been using it for about 2 years now so I feel like I can safely speak to the quality.

There are a lot of good when it comes to Helium10 and there are a lot of bad. Not every tool is equally as useful. Their Cerebro and Blackbox tool is probably the most useful. They make it very easy to get keyword information and optimize your listing.

However, their Adtomic toolset isn't that good. They advertise it as AI but there's hardly anything advanced or intelligent about it. All you can do is set an ACOS target and it will try to align by that number. The Helium "AI" does not consider seasonality, historical sales trends, and whether these keywords need to be run because they are primary keywords. My team eventually gave up on their Adtomic tool and moved to try other AI advertising solutions.

There's a lot out there and we tried Perpetua, and Teikametrics both, which were good but expensive, but we eventually settled on using Astra by Sellrbox for advertising automation.

They actually use A.I for keyword bids, extraction, etc. Super easy to use and low maintenance. The pricing is also fair and been loving it so far.

the BEST thing is JUNGLE SCOUT helium 10 kept charging me even though I cancelled the subscription. WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER

Really disappointed with the customer service. They automatically renewed my product. I told them within 24hours that I didn't want this and they refused to refund me. Can't recommend because of this very poor customer service.

Helium 10 itself is a very powerful tool that leverages data e-commerce sellers can use with a very intuitive interface, but what sold me is the customer service. I was pleasantly surprised with how fast and efficient their team was to immediately help me with an issue when I reached out. I switched from Jungle Scout and while I had minor issues with JS, the human experience at Helium has won me over.

Helium 10 has completely transformed our Amazon strategy. Their tools are incredibly accurate and effective, allowing us to optimize every step, from product research to inventory management. I also had an issue, and their support team quickly resolved it in my favor. Without a doubt, an essential ally for success in the marketplace. 100% recommended.

This is a massive scam, do not go anywhere near it and I believe any good reviews on here are probably written by them. I did not pay money out as it was free registration but the customer service won't answer even after sending numerous messages, the Mentor will block you after a day and won't answer any questions. I know some people have lost money, thank goodness I didn't, just a warning to anyone who comes across it. I have screenshots of this fake company but not sure if I can post pictures on here, SCAM SCAM SCAM, Avoid at all cost. One star is too much but you can't leave zero star on here. There is no such thing as easy money, not online with so many praying sharks. Good luck people, and stay safe. Don't be fooled by these charlatans, they are devious liars praying on desperate people. I just needed to earn a bit of extra cash to survive, they will build up your hopes then deceive you, steer clear.

They make it very difficult to cancel subscription so they auto renew and then still charge even though they can see I’ve not used the tool for 6 months, ridiculous to not be able to claim back

Basic subscription has everything hidden , you can't see even a single thing period.

Even when you haven't used the Helium10 services they charge you full price and wont refund you. I paused the subscription for 6 months. Looks like the account auto subscribes after that period if you don't read your emails quick enough. I got billed full price one day ago. I reached out to support to cancel subscription all together and get a refund as i have not used the service what so ever. They have refused the refund (just one payment, taken the day before) and said that sending an email to say cancel or we charge you is sufficient enough. Poor practise, terrible customer service. Stay well clear of these guys, they are sneaky and calculated. Very disappointed.

Tried to steal my money, I contacted the bank and did not allow them to do so. They got upset and deleted my account. A low low type of company that is in the business of stealing. Go with Junglescout
