I bought this application subscription…

I bought this application subscription 2 months 40% discount.
The product I was interested in had no data on it, all the windows were blurred. I contacted support. They couldn't help me, they said that Amazon doesn't provide this data, but it wouldn't be so bad if after two months the subscription automatically closed. No, they made pitfalls for the third month, they write off full payment of 100% without discounts.
immediately after the money was debited I contacted support and asked her to issue a refund because I no longer need this application and subscription. I didn't renew on my own.
their fraudulent response instantly reduced their reputation to zero in my eyes.

The scam is that they sell you a 2-month subscription for $130, and then automatically renew it for $100 for each month. And they simply refuse you a reasonable refund

Overprices Trash-Tool - really BAD

I am someone who only gives honest reviews. This software is overpriced garbage, and the service is a complete disaster.

I subscribed for $199 per month, and this trash tool didn’t even work. The dashboard was buggy, and there was absolutely no help from customer service.

It took them 32 days to get it working. After that, it finally worked. I then demanded a refund for the month it didn’t work, but they refused.

For $200 per month, you only get keyword tracking and a P/L. This is really more than a joke.

I can’t recommend this tool to anyone. There are much better and cheaper tools on the market.

Terrible refund policy

This company deserves no stars due to their Terms & Conditions. They're not offering refunds even if you're a minute late to canceling an auto renewal on a subscription. They charged me a full year, that's $999. It's an expensive service. Please save yourself the trouble and just find another tool with better customer service.

SCAMMERS AND FRAUDSTERS!

They won’t cancel a subscription and they will only freeze it. They will then start taking payments for services you did not request later down the line. I requested a refund immediately after they took payment and they will refuse a refund. They are scammers and frauds. BEWARE!

Be very careful with this company

Be very careful with this company! First, their app is buggy. There are many other alternative services for Amazon sellers that you can use. This company is not as good as they are used to, and they have extremely misleading billing practice - It seems that their policy is to make it very difficult for you to cancel your subscription, and even when you manage to cancel it it is actually just a pause and they will go ahead and resume the subscription with without your knowledge, and refuse to refund you. Avoid!

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. For the past 6 months this software has went to crap. I have reached out to troubleshoot numerous times and they keep telling me it will get fixed. Month after month I have paid $99 for something that doesn't work. I am actually so sick of it at this point. This company blowsssssss!

Stay Away

I purchased the starter plan and within less than an hour I realized that plan was EXTREMELY limited, you barely get any features and certain things are limited to a small number of uses per month. And to think it's $40-50 is a rip off. I asked for a refund within that hour and they refused. They offered credits instead.. I'm pretty sure that's because they know the starter plan doesn't offer a lot so they don't want to have to give back a lot of refunds hoping you'll upgrade to $100 a month with the credits

I would not recommend this to anyone

I would not recommend this to anyone, they took my credit card information and resubscribed me without my consent. I emailed them shortly after the resubscription thinking that they would understand the mistake and kindly offer me a refund. But instead, they give me the run around and state that i chose to resubscribe, which is not true, there was never an email sent out to let me know about a resubscription or any sort of warning, i had to cancel my credit card to make sure that it did not happen again. These people are literally stealing $1,000 USD from me.

Avoid this company at all costs and do not fall for their free trial scam. Once you have cancelled, they will reactivate your account after 6 months saying it was all “in the fine print”. Accounts aren’t cancelled, they take “naps” and “awake in 6 months”. Silly me for not looking at a junk email from a company I cancelled to see they were going to reactivate my account in 7 days, what a dummy. AVOID!

Task scams involve a website or mobile app that claims you can earn money by completing easy tasks, such as watching a video, liking a post, or creating an order. A very common characteristic (but not entirely exclusive) is that you have to complete sets of 40 tasks. The app will tell you that you can earn money for each task, but the catch is that you can only do a limited number of tasks without upgrading your account. To upgrade your accounts, the scammers will require you to pay a fee. This makes it a variant of the advance fee scam.

The goal of this scam is to get people to download the app for easy money and then encourage them to pay to get to the next level. It's impossible to get your "earnings" out of the app, so victims will have wasted their time and money. This type of scam preys on the sunk cost fallacy, because people demonstrate a greater tendency to continue an endeavor once an investment has been made, and refusing to succumb to what may be described as cutting one's losses.

Be warned.

Missing data at night in EU

First off, the person I spoke to from the Technical team was very friendly, and kept the communication going ... hence the two stars. That's about it though...

For a service costing at least $100/month (cheaper plans might as well not be available as they're unusable) you'd expect it to run more or less consistently over time. I'm in France and as of 7PM data starts missing more and more in the Xray Chrome extension results.

The technical team seems to not grasp the problem even though I sent back detailed tests on several computers.

Tested it once again after my holidays ... last night at 7:55PM the country, reviews and ratings columns returned n/a on almost all of the first page of results (both on the Amazon page and in the Xray popup window) and this morning at 9:45AM almost all the data is present. Either all the listings were updated in the middle of the night or the H10 software doesn't dish it out after a certain time.

Consistent data is a necessity in statistics, if that's missing the analysis is not reliable. When the consistency is in the error and not in the data you can start questioning the validity of the rest of the data.

Maybe their servers can't handle the load or maybe it's their software, either way the technical team pushed to resolve it fast ... not to resolve it well ... it's not resolved and I'm wondering if others have the same problem. I gave up on trying to contact them and am considering having a go at Jungle Scout to see if they are more stable, even if some tools are missing.

UPDATE: looks like it's not a connection issue ... I thought of extracting the same products on both the US and French marketplaces in the evening and imagine that, the US data is fine at night but the french isn't. I can imagine you have priorities for US requests but that means the software is unusable elsewhere when the US is using H10. Pricey for limited use software, hence dropped the eval to 1*

Really a bad service

Really a bad service, my account has not been transferred from the free plan to the paid plan. I pay already for 2 months €39,- and cannot use their tool. The customer service is not able to look in my backend and ask to give the same images and information over and over... expensive and bad. If anybody has a good alternative please let me know!

Non Existing Service.

1. H10 was good once, but now it is really bad (Can´t connect my Seller Central Account, due it saying there´s already a token connected to my SC account, I checked in SC and nothing is connected (logged into all my accounts).

2. A couple of months ago, I got an email from H10, where I accidently pressed on "resume membership", with a 1click buy, that cost me 100 USD. H10 wouldn´t return the membership.

3. Now there´s a glitch in the web browser, where I can´t login at all (reset PW doesn´t work either, just shows invalid tokens).

H10 went from a good company with cool feeatures, to what it seems as being a company focusing on get as much ARR / MRR as possible without any real customer support.

Extremely buggy. Feature set depends on region & products

Extremely buggy. Also, feature set depends on your products and region. The poor customer support agents are totally lost.

- Dashboards not loading data, with error "Ooops...". Views may be loading one filter but not the other. And the list goes on.

- Feature set depends on products sold, and on the language you are selling to. This is not stated in advance.

Hidden limits, no customer support.

We have been subscribers for many years, utilizing both Hellium and Ad Atomic. Hellium represents our most expensive software package, yet we find their customer support to be virtually non-existent. They fail to respond to submitted tickets and there's a lack of a dedicated agent for assistance—essentially, no support is available.

Disturbingly, the software automatically restricts access to certain tools, such as Cerebro, under the assumption of excessive usage. This is despite us being on their most expensive plan, purportedly offering limitless use. Our usage is reasonable; we are not an agency but a company consistently launching products for our own portfolio and conducting research. When the tool is blocked for supposedly reaching usage limits, the customer support chat dismisses our concerns with vague references to "fair and equal use" of their tools.

We have raised numerous tickets and attempted to reach out via email, all without receiving any response. The service package we pay for is unusable for our company's needs, and it seems impossible to get in touch with anyone for resolution. We are currently exploring alternative solutions.

A piece of advice: Engage with your customers!
