The best bikes best quality ...i suggest to everyone

I ordered a road bike and the service was good and I am very happy with the bike over ten points

I bought the foldable Hummer model. It arrived quickly (during the covid times). Just had to adjust the brakes, which was easy and without complications. Because it is foldable I can easily take the bike wherever I want.
It rides well.

It bought two hummer helliot bikes and it was an overall good experience but i have to say that was disappointed that the breaks were not in the right place because in Portugal we use them differently and that it lacks a manual to install the bike. By whatsapp i spoke with helliot bikes staff and they told me that everything was very easy to install but in fact it wasn't like that.

Besides that, everything was fine and as i bought two bikes in a row i can't complain because they were in perfect shape even if it was in the middle of the covid storm.

The bikes are great and very easy to ride and very enjoyable, i recommend them!

Update we have send it back they received it 2 weeks ago but no reply if they have checked it or not and keep sending the same message of nonsense

Fabulous Bike and very good delivery service considering the COVID-19 situation.

Purchasing was straight forward, bike arrived in less than a week, it was 80% built and easy to complete, the bike was of a good quality for the price, looked as good as the images (shame it was stolen 2 wks later) I would purchase from this company again

Generally a good experience. Ordering was very straight forward after all my questions were promptly answered via WhatsApp. Delivery to the UK was exactly as quoted (2 weeks).

When the bike arrived it was 80% built however there were no instructions on how to put the remaining 20% together which could be an issue for some. I also had a problem out of the box with the handlebar stem not tightening so I had to purchase a replacement stem at a cost of £25! Not great for a new bike.

Once built (and replacement parts purchased) the bike looks and rides great although on closer inspection the lack of quality can be seen all over however this is reflected in the relatively low price paid so I can't complain too much.

After owning the bike for a month now I am generally happy and would purchase again at the price paid however in hindsight I now know with the low cost there does comes some comprises but ultimately worth it in the end in my opinion.

Exelent quick received my two bikes and its looks amazing .recomend to buy its worth money i will buy in the future more. Many thans for my bikes.

Please do not buy a bike from this company , delivered with parts missing and no instructions, this is the result of a first bike ride , two peddles completely broke and brakes failed to work could have resulted in a nasty accident totally in rideable , will be requesting a full refund on a dangerous bike or I will take this matter further to trading standards

Very happy with the price and a good start with of a bike if you want to upgrade parts and put your own Touch to it very happy with the price as prices in the uk are well over priced.

Don't bother, cheap made. £70 to send back if a single problem. Not only that, good luck getting a refund. Apparently sending it back tracked isn't enough to prove you've sent it. Good luck!

So happy with my folding bike, great looking and easy to build. With the COVID 19 concerns, I contacted the team to check on delivery and they updated me via email. Best bike I have ever owned and would recommend to anyone who wants a new cool bike. Just waiting for my 2 boys to be bigger so I can get them ones too!

Great bike ,few bits needed tweaking due to transport.pedals needed addressing ,changed them ,but other than that it a gòd folding bike

They sell cheap bikes for a reason. Poor quality, poor customer support and they charge me delivery fee of 19€ for cancelled order that was not despatched. I repeated the same error again and ordered a second one only to get rubbish quality bike. Stay away from them you will regret their bikes.

I ordered the heliotrope Arizona fat tyre bike. Arrived within 2 weeks or ordering and when I questioned Hellioy as to its progress they responded with no issues.
The bike arrived in a box and was a simple set up just front handle bars and pedals. The bike arrived with some scratches on it but to be fair expected as the box was a bit damaged also. I bought the bike for 250 delivered as was in sale the cheapest fat tyre bike that I could get my hands on. After build I found the breaks were useless but not surprised as in 6"4 and 120 kgs and Helliot did advise that I maybe a bit to big but I wanted it. So can't blame Helliot.
I sent the bike to a independent bike shop who fitted hydraulic breaks for an extra 120 pounds and I bought some spray paint and fixed the scratches.
After that all was good the cheapest fat tyre bike I could get my hands on at all at 370 pounds.
The bike gets alot of comments because of its frame design so all in all pleased with it.
Have seen Helliot get some mixed reviews but I did ok they responded to evey email and upgrading the breaks was my choice because of my size.
If you want a bike that stands out a little then Helliot is the way to go

I ordered the Helliot Bangkok bike in early May 2020. It was dispatched the next working day and was delivered to the UK within 14 days as promised despite COVID 19 concerns. Comunication with Helliot Bikes was good and my bike arrived undamaged and i am very happy with my purchase. I have been riding since Mid May with no issues. I would have no problem recommending Helliot Bikes.

I was looking forward to receiving the humer bike but came with a bent brake disk possibly from faulty packaging resulting in a poor ride and I hardly use. Honestly looks the part but I feel like I’ve wasted my money as it rides terrible .....,,

I ordered two folding 20" electric bikes from Helliot 7 business days ago and they arrived today on time. The boxes were undamaged.
Both bikes were well protected with good packaging. There was just one small scrape on the frame where the bike folds but apart from that all is good. Very well made with good engineering. So very very happy with them Helliot. Thankyou.
Ps.
May be a manual to go with the bike would be handy and a three pin plug rather than a two pin would also help as you were posting to England.
