They tailor their super questions to issues "they"want to deal with. You have no choice but to choose one of their pre selected issue categories, there is no way to write or type your complaint! Like a true communist dictatorship company.
Customer service is non existent
Customer service is non existent. Made several attempts to reach out about an issue I've got, sumitted tickets 4 times in the last 6 months and still no acknowledgment. They ignore you in every method of contact. I've tried tweeting them several times, to no avail. Instead of fixing issues they basically just ignore them because they must be clearly to complicated to resolve. Perhaps they don't have the man-power, or maybe they don't pay their employees well enough to actually care.
A well trusted company
After many hours of research I can say Hello games is a trusted company, the writing is on the wall they wouldn't put this much effort into there games if it was to steal from us or mislead us , the had a roughstart but hey they had to get there product out if hello games was going to have a successful future time is money, there employees are well paid and looked after which is one of great perks of being in a tight little team, if your ever looking for a career with hello games and have thought is it safe have no fear you will be looked after
Alright...
Alright, so... Hello Games' No Man's Sky was a huge mess, and a bundle of lies, and there was ZERO excuse for the way they handled that. I'd say this company was the worst of the worst a few years ago when No Man's Sky first came out...
However, that has VERY MUCH changed. Hello Games updated No Man's Sky with pretty much every single thing, and more, that they promised and advertised to us. They didn't have to, they didn't charge for any of the huge content drops in the updates, they easily could've taken the money they got and ran off... but they came back, and delivered.
These dudes deserve a lot of respect for what they've done honestly. I'd honestly say they should start considering some actual paid DLC or something for NMS, they deserve some sort of cash flow out of that game imo.
I'm glad I waited to get No Man's Sky
I'm glad I waited to get No Man's Sky. Had I gotten it fresh I probably would've been p*ssed. Star Citizen was supposed to be JUST AROUND THE CORNER, obviously, that wasn't the case.
No Man's Sky fills the space adventure shaped hole in my heart.
Hello Games & No Mans Sky
I think Hello Games wasn't at fault for the over hype on their popular game "No Mans Sky", the reasoning I have behind this is why would they continue to push updates after updates years on after release to get to the point people expected the game at? The game now years on is at a point where its completely playable and as much a enjoyable game. The Co-op side isn't so much "Co-op" as it is "Play alongside". The multiplayer works perfectly and you can build together and travel but you're all on your own missions and besides setting up bases theres nothing else you really do "together". But that aside the game is at a point now where it should of been at release, so unlike other games *cough* DAYZ *cough* it actually has finally delivered on its promises and in my books deserves a well done. They haven't took the money and ran like most, they stood by it and improved the game to the users standards and still continues to. So no they're not monsters, money grabbers, or out for a quick buck and if you want to try No Mans Sky out then I'd give it a shot now.
Snivveling cowards who used hype to …
Snivveling cowards who used hype to make people excited for their shi**y game that is now infamous. Yes. I am talking about No Mans sky. The CEO of the company is an outright liar and used false advertising to bamboozle customers into buying the s**te game.
