Through my 19 years of living, 4 years of high school, and 2 years into college, Dr. James was by far the fastest I have ever took someone as a friend. He is beyond professional and skilled in his craft as psychiatrist and his many other certifications, being able to diagnose on a patient-to-patient basis. His humor is unmatched and I had the biggest laughs with him in the span of our 30 minute appointment. He prescribed me exactly what I needed for my condition and can’t recommend him enough. Thank you doc!

I've had a horrible experience with this app. I tried three different times with three different doctors and they were all horrible.
The first doctor never called my prescriptions into my pharmacy, and after a week of following up it turns out she's not even licensed to practice medicine in my state. This was a week ago and I'm still waiting on my refund.
The second doctor wouldn't see my until I prepaid on a completely different app after already entering in my credit card info to pay on Klarity.
The third doctor never showed up to my appointment and never answered my messages.
Klarity has never responded to my emails to the "patientsupport" email address outside of the autoreply that my emails were received and a ticket was opened. I'm pretty sure this company is a huge scam.

Very convenient app if you are disabled or a stay at home mother and cannot get to the doctors office as easy. My doctor made me feel extremely comfortable on my initial visit, and is easy to talk to. I am looking forward to this journey with him as well as Klarity Health. Thank you again.

I tried to leave a review for a provider that I had a terrible experience with and tried 5 different drafts of the review that kept getting rejected by the AI for various reasons! I literally was unable to leave a public review warning others about this dangerous provider!! This is a terrible platform that victimizes patients and then silences their concerns. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE

Had to switch providers due to an insurance change, I needed a prescription refilled. Filled out all of the forms, payment information come up uploaded my ID and everything and I feel like it's a scam. No one in there said that we had to use a 3rd party Insurance payment provider. It just said I was good to go so the provider felt it was OK to just know show me and then the condescending AI stuff is kind of unacceptable

Total Disaster – Late Provider Wakes Up 20 Minutes Late, Then Cancels for Insurance Check Without Warning, During My Mental Health Crisis
I booked an urgent initial mental health visit with Catherine Donnerstag (PMHNP-BC) on Hello Klarity for January 7, 2026, at 7:00–7:30 AM PT. I was in a serious mental health crisis and needed this appointment desperately for support. The platform itself was a mess from the beginning: no "Join Appointment" button ever appeared on my phone (despite constant refreshing, email/spam checks for links, and following support guides) or even on my laptop after repeated logins and troubleshooting. I was freaking out, convinced I was going to miss my only shot at help that day.
I messaged the provider multiple times in the portal, begging for help since nothing worked—no reply at all. The scheduled time passed in complete silence, spiking my anxiety to unbearable levels.
Finally, at 7:20 AM—20 minutes late—the provider answered. She sounded groggy and admitted she just woke up. Already unacceptable for any professional, let alone in mental health care where punctuality and reliability are critical for trust during a crisis.
But it got worse: She then canceled the appointment to "look at my insurance." No one—not the provider, not Klarity—had bothered to tell me beforehand that insurance verification was an issue or that the appointment might be at risk. I was left hanging after enduring the tech nightmare, the panic of nearly missing it, and waiting for her to wake up, only to have the whole thing scrapped without warning or apology. This wasn't a simple reschedule; it felt like complete disregard for my time, emotional state, and urgent need.
Klarity advertises convenient, same-day telehealth for mental health, but this was the opposite: platform glitches, an unprepared/tardy provider, zero communication about insurance problems, and a mid-appointment cancellation that wasted what little energy I had left in crisis. It actively made my situation worse instead of helping.
Avoid Klarity if you're in distress—especially for initial visits. Patients deserve advance notice, professionalism, and basic courtesy, not this chaotic, uncaring mess. Demand refunds, better accountability, and actual support for people in crisis.
Update: the provider then harassed me by text and email insisting the appointment was at 8am (even though I showed her receipts of the appointment time on my end). She wouldn’t stop. I had to block her. Horrible experience.

Provider no showed. Provider never responded to me in messages. Customer service never responded to my emails. Customer service phone # rang busy over and over with an odd ring tone like a spammy VOIP.

I had an initial visit with a clarity provider for weight loss services. The cost for the second visit was not discussed at the time of the first service. I was billed for the second visit 24 hours prior to the visit and could not find a documented cost for a visit posted anywhere on their website. When I complained to Klarity, they said it’s their policy to have the provider discuss payment verbally with the patient in the visit. They do not post. That’s inappropriate and a policy they need to revisit. In my visit reminder emails leading up to the visit, the cost should have been listed.

Ernestina Archer is one of, if not the, best healthcare providers I have seen. She is always understanding, empathetic, and lends an ear to my concerns and health conditions with which I live. I cannot overstate the indelible impact she has had on my life through our visits, having helped enormously to improve my sense of self and quality of life in general. My health has never been so well as it is under the guidance and care of this healthcare provider, and I cannot reccomend her enough.

Edith Furtong is a perfect provider to me! She is very compassionate, professional, educated and she listens. She is honest and truly cares about my needs. I'm so glad I found her after meeting with other providers that I just did not connect with. She is the best fit for me! I am very confident working with her!

Wasted my time setting up an account and going through the entire process. Baited me with $41 appointment, the fine print said and up. After getting set up it looks like most providers are about $299 per visit with a few being $199. the local doctors are still less expensive than this.

This is a SCAM! I booked an appointment for my family member, for Saturday morning (which I booked late Friday night) and they charged me $187. I went in to cancel it and there was no option to do so. I attempted rescheduling and it booked me another appointment for the next day. I called 30 minutes prior to the initial booked appointment and the "Doctor" immediately answered and said they would refund my money after I explained the circumstances. I have not received a refund and today is Wednesday. It appears that they just want your money by offering appointments with no option to reschedule when the appointment was booked just hours in advance. Don't pay them up front, or your money will be taken from you!!

Waste of money! 1st, after making an appointment and putting my credit card information in the klarity website I was then asked to also put my credit card information into a different website to be able to confirm the appointment with the doctor. So weird.
2nd, my appt was scheduled for 3pm, the doctor rescheduled it to 4:15pm and asked if it was ok after doing it. It was fine but there was nothing easy or smooth about this process.
And 3rd the doctor barely asked me questions about my actual symptoms instead asking if im having suicidal thoughts and self harm, which i get he has to ask, but that has nothing to do with me not being about to focus and get things done and be productive. He then asked me 2 questions about when I was in middle school, 30 years ago. He said if I really had adhd I would remember specific incidents in elementary school. Which I completely dont understand, I can barely remember what I did last week. He then continued that it could be my hormones that id need blood work and then another appt with him. He told me to go see a primary physician, get tests done and go back to him. Why would i do that to spend another 200 dollars for the next appt plus whatever the primary doctor costs and lab tests. The purpose of me using and paying Klarity was to not gave to go to a primary physician which will take a long time to get an appt and to help me save some money. Waste of time and money, I don't feel like I was actually listened to or understood, instead the doctor looked like he could barely keep his eyes open and just wanted to get off the call. My session was scheduled for 45 minutes, we only talked for 30 minutes. This website talks a whole lot about compassion, I did NOT experience any compassion, just low cold energy, no personality, he couldn't even crack a little smile and show me he was an actual person who cared, I left feeling like I was a bother to him. I wish I could get my money back! Worst 1st experience with a mental health doctor, which am regretting now. I am definitely not one to leave bad reviews but its alot of money for people to just waste on this but if it works for you, I am happy for you. It didnt work for me.
Update. I was literally charged $235 for a 30 minute call, which was supposed to be 45 minutes. When I made the initial appointment it said it would cost $197. Do Not go to Dr. Tobiloba Adewolu, hes cold and adds more stress than actually helps.

I dont feel like she was the right provider for me or listened to what exactly I lined out. She started me on schizophrenia medication and manic depressive medication neither of which I have issues for my initial visit was because I have an acute panic disorder along with GAD and I started my meds she prescribed last night and had the absolute worst panic attack of my life this morning and the migrain was so bad I couldn't work and I live on my work location so I had no choice but to suffer through the pain.

I truly felt heard during my appointment and that she will be with me through the entire process.
