Our family began using hello antiplaque and whitening toothpaste about 6 months ago. A couple months later our bathroom sinks stopped draining, so we have the pipes completely cleaned out. We just thought it was build up over time. It was coated in a white paste.

We have since been very careful not to put anything other than water and this hello toothpaste down the drains and they clogged up again within a couple months. All the pipes had so much of this white gunk caked in them that they stopped draining. We realized it was this toothpaste causing the issue.

We tried to correspond with helloproducts.com, but they completely ignored us and our issues.

HELLO Charcoal! (Dental floss) Is my new best friend! I've been looking for a dental floss that really cleans your teeth for so long, in every store imaginable and this is it. It's not to thin, not stringy, doesn't fall apart and really whitens. I found it on clearance and after I tried it went back and bought every box they had! Hopefully it will last me a while. I never will go back to that other stuff.I also tried their toothpaste and love that too. It makes teeth so clean and white. Freshens breath tastes good. It's worth every penny.
