Website error and down

Website error and down. Charity event is now live....but can't sell the remaining tickets.

We're sorry to hear that you have had a negative experience. Looking through the history of your support requests, we can see that you have not been in touch with support to help us identify the error you encountered. Checking on this further, we can report that there has been no outage in the period you suggest; however, our engineering team ran updates over the weekend to the dashboard pages. These updates could have resulted in a temporary message on the main dashboard.

We understand there is always room for improvement and continue to improve our services to support event planners.

Very poor ticket provider

Very poor ticket provider. As a promoter launching a new local festival I wanted to keep the ethos of our festival with local artists, local brands, local radio stations brocasting the event and we decided on a local ticket provider being Helm Tickets. This is where is all went wrong. With just under two weeks until our festival is due to take place Helm Tickets started to experience problems with their servers, as a result of this us as a promoter couldn't access our dashboard or our sales data and customers were unable to purchase tickets, this continued for a couple days, numerous emails were sent to their support department and no clarity was given to when the issue would be resolved, we are now on day 6 of Helm Tickets website being down with our event this weekend, we have no access to our sales data, their customer support has been non existent and we are getting our customers sending us numerous emails and messages telling us they are unable to download there tickets for this weekends event. Which is causing us untold amount of stress. Avoid this ticket provider at all costs! Use Eventbrire, Fatsoma or Skiddle.

As a company founded by event planners, we understand how difficult technical issues can be, especially when we aren't a team of thousands or have the budgets of more established platforms that often don't provide support. Looking through the history of your support requests, I can see that we have been in constant contact throughout and offered to support where we can. We always recommend maintaining continuous backups of offline data regardless of the platform you work with, as the unexpected happens.

Our entire ethos is to support event planners worldwide, and we have shared pains during tough times when service interruptions, although infrequent, occur. We understand there is always room for improvement and continue to improve our services to support event planners.

They helped me till the end when I, unfortunately, needed to cancel my tickets.
