Salesperson Nathan was pushy hung up

Salesperson Nathan was pushy and stubborn about "both decision makers" being in the house at the time of the sales visit, even though I am the sole homeowner. When I said my partner could not be present (because she was working from home) and that I would be the sole decision maker, he hung up on me without saying a thing. This is not a government scheme but a service to offer discounted rates by local window installers and potentially some finance (no idea if this is at an interest ratE), just get your own quotes if you actually want to do your windows and you should be fine.
