Had a leak from my hot water tank into the overflow, after bad experiences with other plumbers I tried the helpful plumber and I’m so glad I did, Martin came the same day, found the problem straight away. Took time to explain, a real friendly genuine guy. Fixed the problem in no time. I really recommend him highly and will be using him again in the future!

I can't recommend Martin highly enough, professional, friendly and super service. He fixed our toilet in no time. Would definitely use him again.

Wanted fixed fee T80z to replace old shower. They do fixed fee instal for £240 - this actually means £240 and then vat on top, so £288 in total, but once that was established there was no quibbling about this or that costing more.
Sorted all through exchange of texts to get appointment next day, a set time for coming around (which they were prompt to) and then installation was about 45 mins. No mess, very slick.

Not so helpful apparently!! Sent them a message to enquire about a small job. It’s been three weeks now they haven’t even bothered to reply, although I can see that my message has been read. Appreciate that they may be too busy to take on a small job but I would have at least expected the courtesy of a reply.
UPDATE: Following this review I received an aggressive call from this company that has left me really quite shaken. I was told that the fault was mine! Although they offer contact via their Facebook page as a clearly advertised option they don't actually expect customers to use this and I should not have attempted to contact them in this way! All very bizzare and really quite an unsettling experience.

FURTHER UPDATE: I am very shocked by this company's behaviour and the comments they have added which in no way represent the actual conversation I had with this person. He was aggressive from the start of the conversation and repeatedly told me that I was a fault for sending them an enquiry through their Facebook page and that this was not a normal thing for a customer to do! I did indeed tell him that I would be updating my review again to share what I had experienced with other potential customers. This is exactly what Trustpilot is for - to share experiences. What I have stated in this review is a 100% accurate representation of my experience with this company and they are well aware of this. A simple apology for their failure to deal with my enquiry was all that was required but instead I have been insulted and called a liar! I'll leave it to readers of this to decide who they wish to believe.

Contacted at the weekend to get a garden tap fitted, had a response straight away and plumbers arrived a day later (much quicker than expected) as wasn't an emergency. Also got quote for some additional works and very pleased with the knowledge and work carried out. Other trades should really look at this business as a bench mark. It's quick, convenient and gives you confidence it's not a cowboy set up you see on TV!!! Recommend 100% for all plumbing jobs... Thanks guys you are fantastic

We had our bathroom refitted. Gerrard, Ashley and Callum were brilliant as were the rest of the team. The bathroom looks perfect. Excellent service so glad we choose helpful plumber to do the job I honestly don't think we could have had it done so good by anyone else. Honest, value for money,hardworking, polite and reliable what more could you ask for. We couldn't be happier with the end results. We will definitely use helpful plumber for any other jobs in the future

The team have been out to us on several occasions for different jobs over the years (big and small). Quick, efficient and great communication (they come when they say they will) and work to a high standard. They never do unnecessary work and will always try to do only what is required. Fantastic people.

Martin and his team recently fitted a new boiler for me.
I find Martin to be a friendly and reliable bloke. The quote was competitive, with no hidden extras.
The team were very professional but still friendly. They arrived on time, got the job done in a timely way and left my home immaculate.

We’ve had support from helpful plumber a couple of times. Once for an emergency leak which came through a light fitting and again for a boiler issue. Very helpful, knowledgeable, clean and tidy with his work. He was super quick to respond and is truly one of the more reliable and honest tradesman I’ve met.

We contacted the Helpful Plumber because we had a boiler breakdown, we had no hot water or heating. I contacted several plumbers but the Helpful Plumber was the only one who I felt confident would actually turn up and true to his word did and got us back up and running that same day !! A great service and a job well done.
We are replacing our bathrooms and we are definitely now going to use the Helpful Plumber.
