Having recently had an awful and ongoing experience with another packaging company, I was a little wary of placing an order, but the 5 star reviews gave me some encouragement. No regrets with this company. I did have to ring them to progress the order when it didn't arrive the following day, as stated on the website. One of the boxes was apparently out of stock and I was given the option to wait for that, or send the others and for the missing box to follow on. The boxes arrived promptly and they are of excellent quality. Very impressed and will definitely order again. Unlike the other company I had dealings with, there are no empty promises here.

Delivered quickly and efficiently. Everything was well-packaged in heavy-duty polythene bags which will also come in useful when moving! Excellent double-layer flat-packed cardboard boxes. An excellent website and webshop, too.

It is rare to find a company these days that is so committed to giving excellent service, and really care about their customers. Moving house is a very stressful time and it does help so much to be able to rely on good service. When you're moving house you need all the help you can get. Unfortunately it's a bit like doing a Probate and you bump into a lot of companies who thrive on being useless.
This company, however, has brought one of the first few smiles to my face in recent weeks. I've just had 9 wardrobe boxes delivered personally (hadn't realised we were local). The quality far exceeds some earlier ones I'd bought and I was even offered a quick assembly demo.
