Prompt, professional and tidy. Old boiler removed, replacement boiler located in new position and central heating upgraded. We could not be happier with the works carried out.

Henry Green installed our boiler over 10 years ago and have been servicing it every since. We have been extremely happy with their work. Earlier this week the boiler broke down and I called them for help (I was able to give them the code on the boiler) and they immediately ordered a new part. Within 48 hours (as soon as the part arrived) they had fitted the new part and the boiler was working again. We were extremely impressed with the excellent service.

I recently had my boiler serviced by Ben, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Ben's professionalism and expertise truly stood out throughout the service. He was punctual, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. Not only did he complete the service efficiently, but he also took the time to explain everything he was doing and answer any questions I had. Richard replaced a 20 year old boiler and some old radiators. He advised us on a suitable Worcester Boiler to accommodate the amount of radiators in the house. We had at least 3 radiators that were not working. The work was conducted to full satisfaction exceeding expectations. All radiators are now fully operating and we have a lovely warm house. We thank Richard for providing a highly professional installation. Exceptional job from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Richard has been an absolute pleasure to do business with. He gave me up to date information and valuable advice about what system I needed and about how best to install it, and then carried out the installation itself perfectly. He made some very good suggestions about where to position certain parts for accessibility for maintenance and for maximum benefit. He did an excellent job of matching external brickwork and plastering the internal surface, and left the whole place very tidy and clean. And throughout he treated me with courtesy and respect. I can recommend him without reservation.

As part of a project to extend the house we brought in Henry Green to replace our boiler and covert the whole house to an unvented system.

As well as doing a great job at changing over the boiler they made easy work of removing the old tanks from the loft and paid a huge amount of attention to detail to the new pipework that came with the upgrade.

A couple of days before they were due on-site we asked if they could accommodate some additional work to cope with solar hot water which they took in their stride without any fuss.

The team put in a lot of effort to keep the house clean and tidy for the 4 days they were in and the only sign they'd been here was neat pipework and high pressure hot water!

This was a boiler service, the work was carried out very quickly and completely tidied up afterwards.

We were booked in previously, but needed to change the appointment. They were able to squeeze us in within a few days.

As always, Richard was lovely. You can tell they take great pride in their work.

We had a new boiler installed by Henry Green, re-siting it from the kitchen to the loft. We’re really pleased with the thorough & professional job - they were fantastic. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the result. At the beginning of the installation, they proposed a change from their quote that resulted in a better solution for us and reduced the costs too even though it still took them a little longer than quoted for. We were consulted throughout of any decisions needed and they were considerate in ensuring we were without hot water for as short a time as possible.

I’m not sure I’ve met more diligent tradesmen. I would gladly recommend them to all family & friends.

Top job, above and beyond what I would expect during routine boiler service.

As Letting Agents, Henry Green are our go to plumbers. Always reliable and friendly, happy to help on a number of issues from annual Gas Safety Certificates to installing new boilers. We trust their advice as plumbing professionals, they're able to deal with anything from a wobbly tap to fitting a complete new heating system.

Installed our boiler and new shower 5 years ago. Our old shower had some water pressure issues that another plumber had failed to resolve but Henry Green found a solution. They have serviced the boiler every year since and we've had no issues with boiler or shower in that time. Would happily recomend
