I also lost a considerable amount of money, but I do not believe Alexander to be either a fraudster or a scam artist. He was clearly in a desperate situation and the result is that his business failed. It is of course extremely annoying to lose money and to be inconvenienced, but businesses succeed and businesses fail and when they fail people suffer loss. I hope that Alexander manages to get back on his feet and that he tries to make amends for the upset that has resulted from his situation.

This man is a complete fraud - he has taken my money and not produced anything - vanished off the earth.

This guy is a scam artist, do not deal with.

We paid £2,500 for a custom wedding suit and are now only 5 weeks away from the big day with no communication from the tailor. He has ignored all calls and messages, was not present for the scheduled fitting, and nearby shops say they haven’t seen him in weeks. To make things worse, he deleted our comments on Instagram instead of responding. Because of the short lead time, this has left us in a very stressful and unfair situation. Strongly advise others not to trust this business and now have no choice but to contact the police.

Excellent salon. They make the best jackets in town! Although they will charge you dearly for it, the quality of tailoring is worth it!

I have had bespoke suits made for me over a 25 year period and I can categorically state that Henry Herberts are by a clear margin the best tailors in town Including all the Saville row brigade . Discreet but classy and always prepared to meet the most extreme expectations of the customer.For example I required eight shirts based on the 1930s Wall Street collar style , this was a task which esteemed names on saville row could not fulfill .Henry Herbert fulfilled the order perfectly after extensive background research of the 1930s..
I have also had 8 suits ,a wonderful cashmere coat, 3 waistcoats made for me. Another very important point is that Henry Herberts have access to the highest quality fabric whether in Italy or the Uk .The Loro Piana Suit they created for me is simply a haute couture work of art .A fraction of the price of Tom Ford or Saville row. If you want a soulless suit without input go to Saville row and have the house style and be looked down on there if you are not a third world despot or East European autocrat .If you are a connoisseur of men’s haute couture and want a high level of input of every detail of your suit and attire go to Henry Herbert and they will deliver .My eight Henry Herbert suits are far superior to my six saville row suits at less than half the cost.

This was a great service and great experience. I had a suit tailored for my wedding and the team were incredibly helpful and accommodating during the process. The result looked fantastic and their after sales support was also really appreciated.

I went to Henry Herbert Tailor several times for various alterations on trousers and shirts. On every occasion, I was well-received, carefully listened to and the alterations I was asking for were executed promptly and meticulously. Location is easy to get to, very central, customer service second to none, Alexander helped me with a beskpoke shirt, I had many specific requirements and all of my needs were met and I always felt that no task was too big or too small, very fast turn around times not a bad thing to say. Post sale service was also amazing and the service never stopped. Thanks for your help!!!!

I had Henry Herbert design and make my wedding suit.

It's fair to say it was a tricky piece to get to terms with but the final product was fantastic. A suit that screams quality and style.

The service was exemplary, they(Charlie & Alexander) were always contactable and always knew the answer to all questions.

I have since had 2 further suits fitted and this has also been brilliant.

This was my first experience of having suits made and fitted, and you really do notice the difference. I also felt that the pricing was incredibly reasonable for the service.

I purchased a three piece tweed shooting suit from Henry Herbert along with matching tie and a shirt and the service was second to none. It is by far the most comfortable and well fitting shooting outfit I have ever owned and will shortly be back to purchase an additional suit.

Was fortunate enough to buy a Henry Herbert morning suit for a very good friend's wedding recently. It was a great experience from the initial measuring, cloth choice, fitting and then final delivery. The only disappointment is not having more frequent occasions on which to wear it!
