After purchasing a car above £6k within…
After purchasing a car above £6k within 3 days we reported a leak and other faulty parts. We had a 6 month warrenty with said purchase. We waited 2 weeks for Ian to arrange some repairs and another 10 days to get the car back. The courtesy car we had from him was not road worthy! We took the car back in good faith that these issues were remedied. Within 2 days we had said leak reappear. Messages sent , no response for 5 days and only on seeking legal advice and sending a formal complaint we are met with we are closed for 4 weeks annual leave. The car is not weatherproof and now we are seeking a full refund. DO NOT purchase a vehicle from this firm.

Purchase was pleasant and sales polite and friendly, however this was 3 months ago and i am still waiting for promised repairs to take place, they are very poor at communicating, they rarely reply to txts or calls despite promises to keep you updated.

Do not use this business!! My daughter bought a car for £5995 and has had problems with it since purchasing in September. They refuse to respond to our efforts at communication to get the car fixed and as they are not registered with the motor ombudsman, it looks like we are going to have to go to court to get them to answer their responsibilities. Terrible company avoid at all costs.
