AVOID I HAVE A PENDING CASE WITH PAYPAL! They SENT ME A DEFECTIVE ITEM AND NOT RESPONDING AT ALL. They did not even issue a refund!!!!

I recently purchased 3 dresses from them. Unfortunately the sizing on their page is incorrect for EU sizing and the dresses were too small. One of the dresses did not look as it appeared on the website.

On submitting my return successfully, my return request was rejected, as Heritage Clothing States that goods on sale are not refundable and are only eligible for store credit.

This is not permitted under EU consumer law. A consumer is permitted to return goods bout online for a full refund, if the goods are returned within 14 days. As Northern Ireland, is considered part of the EU the same rules apply.

I have since filed a complaint with the consumer protector with the aim of returning the goods and receiving my full refund.

I attempted to resolve this amicably, and have not received a response. I’m rather disappointed at the customer service.

Beautiful item, TERRIBLE customer service. Have been unable to return or exchange it, as no response from them. None, nil, nada….. Such a shame!!
