Bespoke saddle didn't fit

Bespoke saddle didn't fit. Fitter unknowledgeable about fitting, took no measurements, didn't view the horse walking with it on. Charged an unreasonable amount in postage and travel. Failed to put it right after 'refitting'. Left me with a saddle that tips up at the slightest movement of the horse. System of Y strap on the girth pulls it down at the front and doesn't stabilise the back. The so-called 'fully adustable tree' not really adjustable. But the icing on the cake is that it was sent back to me after the so-called 'adjustment' with an unsymmetrical tree - bent more on one side than the other by the machine press that was meant to make it fit, rendering the saddle useless. £1750 down the drain.
