Disgusting lying firm. "Caring", what a joke. Happily let my mum's partner change her will, over a year after she was diagnosed with Alzeimer's. No medical, no golden rule, just some cash
Then they lie about needing a solicitor, to see her will, to 'an exectutor!' You couldn't make it up.

Breath of fresh air to have a clear description of the service and process that was provided by Gervase. I have no hesitation recommending Gervase.

Been with this company over 20 years, in Norwich. I totally recommend any one usually them for their will. Comprehensive and professional service especially from Ewan Bishop, aftercare by Lewis Harris also. I have complete peace of mind in case anything happens to me. I recommend the yearly storage as changes can me made once yearly free.

I recently engaged Heritage Wills to assist with preparation of new Wills for me and my wife, including provisions for property life interest and discretionary trusts. They also assisted with severance of tenancy documents as part of our estate planning requirements. We were very pleased with their service from start to finish and special thanks to Kevin for his clear explanations of our options and the process to be followed. All of our documents were produced promptly and accurately. Overall we were very satisfied with the service provided and would definitely recommend them for your estate planning.

After the sad loss of my mother contacted Heritage wills about her will which they had in storage they were in no hurry to assist us and had to wait more than a day for a reply from their bereavement team We were then sent a long list of documents we needed to release the will Following on from this booked an appointment to finally be able to collect my mothers will on arrival I was ushered into a room left alone and the door was closed behind me Following a 30 minute wait I exited the room to ask had I been forgotten and yes unfortunately I had During such a stressful time this really is not very good service though the lady when she was informed and did eventually arrive was apologetic

Handling the changes to my will was done in a very professional way.
However the wrong information that was giving to us about the government not being allowed to charge us if we needed to go into care, has left us being very annoyed and are no longer able to trust them.

After speaking to Heritage Wills today, I am glad to say that the problems we had have been sorted to both our satisfaction. I always feel that you can judge a companys worth by the way it handles a complaint.
I am more than pleased with how my problem was handled. I shall continue to use Heritage Wills in the future.

Heritage Wills did infact offer a good will gesture. It was more of an insult than a good will gesture. For years we had been under the illusion that we would be safe and we had sung your praises to several people. We still feel that you had let us down. You must have been aware for a long time that what you advised us to do no longer effective.

Heritage helped us rewrite our wills and the process was very straightforward. They gave clear explanations about the impact of the choices we were making. Their communication was timely and the overall service was excellent.

Staff were incredibly helpful. Must admit I had a couple of issues with the portal - but I am a technophobe. Have used Heritage many times over the years and have always been delighted with the service.
