Hermesetas Dispensers are Faulty and so is customer Service

We regularly use sweeteners made by Hermesetas UK. Purchased 5 dispensers of 1200 sweeteners of the same batch. Found 2 of 5 faulty. Wrote to the customer services of Hermesetas with a polite comment that probably all dispensers are faulty from a manufacturing defect, because either a tiny pill will not drop or it will be crushed most of the time. The manufacturer replies after a few days and then wants photographs and then return of the items. In the mean time we have no sweeteners left in the house to use. For a small value items, they are making the complaint resolution process so difficult that the customer will give up.
