The desk I ordered was awesome. Very sturdy and beautiful. It matches the pictures online perfectly and is easy to assemble. The drawer slides are high quality and work easily. The desk is relatively heavy, but that adds to its sturdiness.

Great quality and easy to put together. Fast delivery and packaged well so there were no damages to box or product.

Delivered fairly quickly, showed up in the window that was provided. The quality isn't fantastic, but I'd say it's appropriate for what you pay. It seems sturdy and my wife and I love the way t looks

Hernest did a great job in servicing the vanity we purchased. When we received it, it was damaged. There service was accommodating, helpful and got it resolved to our satisfaction. I would not hesitate purchasing from them again and highly recommend them to others.

Received more quickly than estimated. Well packaged. Compliments for so many! Be warned about any logistical company used to move the furniture. For mine, they uses CEVA out of Durham North Carolina and the experience was not good

This was my first time buying from Hernest and it felt like a white-glove experience the whole time. Expectations with shipping and delivery were clear. I appreciated the calls to inform me where my product was in transit as well as the notification of when it would arrive on the day of delivery.

Everything went well - the only issue was delivery times. Could have been communicated slightly better in regard to days and timing expectations. 12-4pm for a family of 5 during the weekday is quite difficult to coordinate as it is the busiest time of the day. But nonetheless 4.5/5 stars. 👍🏾

I’ve bought a couple items from Hernest and have loved all the pieces. Great quality. A couple of the dinning room chairs I purchased were not as sturdy. Hernest replaced them a very timely manner. Would definitely purchase from them again.

Very efficient delivery and installation. Communication about the delivery was excellent and the time between ordering and having the furniture in our house was extremely fast. The furniture is beautiful and looks like the photo online. I am always worried about ordering something like this without seeing it in person first. But no need to worry - great experience on all levels.

Chairs are better than pictures depicted. Sold construction, substantial, perfect height for our dining table. Wood grain is stunning.

The sideboard I ordered arrived perfectly. It’s more beautiful and functional than I even imagined. The honey oak color is perfect in my transitional room, not too light nor too dark. It’s a quality piece and the reeded front is more intricate and detailed than I thought it would be. It’s better!
All in all, I’m more than satisfied with my purchase.
