Delivery was on time and the package arrived safely. Great product very pleased with my purchase.

It’s a beautiful piece, a little darker than I expected, but nonetheless looks gorgeous. Great way to revive my small entryway. My husband used a drill to put together. It took him about 15 minutes from start to finish.

Ordering & shipping went perfectly. The cabinet doors were a little off center, but it was an easy remedy and Hernest gave me a 5% refund for my time. Great customer service!

Missing a drawer handle which is apparently currently out of stock to ship me a replacement. $800 for a desk with a missing part! Ridiculous. Not happy at all.

Representative was very helpful in resolving all of my questions and concerns. Emailed to confirm our conversation and all points were addressed. I love my new desk

Absolutely love my new piece. It came right on time and is even more beautiful in person.

Item is good. Purchased white glove. Delivery scheduled before first date and not white glove. Not in town at time. Got it rescheduled. White glove but left styrofoam bits in and out of the unit. Said not their issue.

Communication about my delivery was great. The two person team delivered on time and with great care. The tv console is perfect and beautiful. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!

It is different from what you see in US furniture showrooms and I really don’t mind the price.

Hadn't heard of this company but came across it looking for a TV console. The shipping was fast, quality of the console is excellent and the whole process was easy. Definitely worth a look when searching around for furniture, no complaints at all.

First and foremost, we loved the table. It was exactly what we wanted. The problem was in the assembly. The left base attached to the table top easily. The bolt holes were lined up perfectly and easily accessible. On the right leg however, the bolt holes were mis drilled and not lined up. Three of the holes were covered by the drawer glide and bracing making them inaccessible. Because we had a function and needed the table, we attached the base to the top with a couple of screws.

I don't know if there is anything you can do now short of replacing the table. Clearly the holes were not drilled correctly in the drawer.

Delivered quickly and well-packaged. Beautiful, high quality piece of furniture; I love it!

It was easy to order my table on line. I received it in two parts. First the table base and two days later the top arrived. They both arrived early so I was happy to have the table for our Memorial Day party.

I emailed regarding the defects on my table more than once and haven’t received a response

Product was delivered as advertised. The soft close doors are great. Nice finishes and very satisfied overall so far.

It’s a lot smaller than expected and when I measured it it’s 1.2 inches off of the dimensions given.
