DO NOT USE THIS LAWFIRM.

This firm said they would take on our case. I read the contract and it specifically was a contract that covered us through trial. We completed mediation and then, when mediation failed, they refused to file suit. All they wanted was a quick settlement, quick money so they didn't have to do much work. As a paralegal, I know that when an attorney refuses to take your case to trial it is incredibly hard to get another attorney to represent you. By taking our case, never intending to represent us through trial, they basically ensured we would not be able to find another attorney and would not be able to sue to recover our damages. To say this is unethical is an understatement. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM OR THE SAME THING MIGHT HAPPEN TO YOU.
