Letting School Down
We are a school using HFS for our photocopying paper. We are having more and more problems with the supply of this paper.
They promise deliveries within 24 hours.
They do not stick to their promises. We have been waiting since 19th December for them to deliver paper and its now 8th January, they have had 13 days where the school has been open during this time and they have not delivered. There is always a different excuse.
We have mock exams tomorrow and no paper, literally, to produce the exams.
Terrible terrible service. Letting the children down.

I am really sorry to hear that you have received a negative experience using HFS.
Your dedicated account manager has been in contact in January to apologise and convey that this isn’t the service that we pride ourselves on. As we have a large volume of orders and requests before the close of Christmas deliveries (21st December) the order was rescheduled for and delivered in January when schools returned in the New Year. We have taken your feedback seriously and are now looking at ways of making improvements to our delivery service if orders are not delivered first time. I have noticed that you have placed an order for paper with us again in February and this was delivered on time and correctly.
