Well my day started off with a phone call on the day of my reservation that they did not have any cars. The older gentleman at the SPID store did his best and got me in a rental in about another hour past the reservation which put us a bit behind schedule but it worked out great with the situation he was put in with no cars. Thank you sir and thank you Hertz the trip turned out great with great service and a great car
