Unhappy

Reserved a car to be picked up a hotel. When i went to get vehicle the hotel told me that the agency was located elsewhere. They offered to come pick me up but the point of me choosing the location was a convenience for me, this made it the opposite.
They also didnt have the car that i reserved, i wound up having to go to the airport to get the vehicle i wanted wasting 3 hrs of my vacation time.
Additionally, i recieved a bill for a toll. The toll was for 1.00 but the processing fee is 10. Really? I will never use Hertz again and will spread the wird about this.
