1st time but won't be last
I booked online and got constant but much needed reminders before the pickup. Did not know the location I picked up from did not stock the planned travel vehicle,yet they were very accommodating and got me hooked up. Convenient and not too time consuming for me which was great considering I was on lunch break. Overall great experience from pickup to return. Will rent again and the staff help solidify my decision in that.
